A unusual plot between two Kensington villas allowed SPINK to create a contemporary coach house in this quiet, discreet location. Designed and built by us, this compact house provides bright living spaces over two floors that open onto its private garden. The house was designed essentially as an uncompromising one-bedroom city home with parking and a garden, while also having a guest bedroom for occasional use.
